Hi Everyone...Lots to tell I have not posted in months so here goes. So far my battle with the weight is going well I have lost 62 lbs. I feel wonderful and have lot of energy. I spent the summer working with some old friends in E. Greenwich at there restaurant called Nautika. We had an OK summer funny thing about working by the ocean on a Marina when it rains no one comes down to eat or drink. All in all it was pretty good.
While working this summer I decided it was time for a move. I needed warm weather, sun, beach and some old friends. So my dear people I a have moved back to Sunny Florida to Boynton Beach on the east coast smake in the middle between Palm Beach and Ft Lickerdale. I rented in a 55 + community and I love it No Kids or little yappy dogs running around. Still on the job hunt though I have been on many interviews but nothing yet. So as it stand I am doing well I have my moments but I am happy I made the move.

Well it has been awhile since I have posted. Lots of things going on. First I have not lost any weight for sometime now. I have been playing with a pound or two for months. The year before I had the Lap- Band put in I lost and gained 20 lbs three time that year. This raised hell with my body so now my body is trying to adjust to this new program. For the first time I don't care about the amount of weight I lose I just feel great and when it comes off so be it. I am fine with the slow weight loss.
I took a trip to Florida in February. I flew into Tampa drove down to Naples to visit my sister and her boyfriends new Condo. What a great place. Then I was off to South Beach to visit all my old friends there. I stayed with my dear Friends Larry and David boy what great host they were. It was funny they do it like I do. When I host guests I go all out fresh flowers,welcome gift beside the bed and all the fixings. It was funny being on the other end of it. I found it kind of uncomfortable. I slowly came around and enjoyed the whole thing. The boys in Miami were so glad to see me I was really happy to be received with open arms. I have not lived there for sometime now but know one forgot me. It was very humbling.
I was off and back to the west coast I stopped by to see my mother and fathers friend Lil Viveros they have been friends for years I think I was two when they met. Lil has been like a Mother to me over the years her husband Tony was my God Father he passed away 11 years ago. Anyway we had a great time together I spent three days with her and it was the most fun I had in a long time. She is 87 and still goes like crazy.
